White sourdough

Our bestselling loaf is made with organic white flour. A fantastically versatile loaf with a fabulous crust: if you’re new to FAB bread, this is a good place to start! It makes amazing croutons too.
Seeded sourdough

Packed with linseeds and sunflower and sesame seeds, which are toasted to enhance the flavour. The seeds are soaked after toasting to keep the loaf fresher. Shynara says it is ‘simply perfect’.
New York Deli Rye

Made with rye and white flour and blended with organic caraway seeds. This loaf is best enjoyed sliced thinly with cream cheese, or Shynara’s favourite: smoked salmon. Or if you’re feeling fancy, make a Reuben.

Malthouse sourdough

This is sourdough’s answer to a granary loaf. Made with barley, wheat flakes, and bran, for a hearty and wholesome bread. Enjoy with jam for breakfast, or sandwiches for lunch.

The second bestseller in the bakery. It's a delicate and classy bun with a gentle intoxicating vanilla scent. Try it as an alternative to a Cinnamon bun! Made with almond paste, as well as flaked almonds.
